A page won't convert
Send the URL and what you saw. Blocked and paywalled pages are expected and generally can't be fixed, but a page that returns empty or mangled output when it looks perfectly ordinary is a real bug and worth reporting — that feedback is how the extraction gets better.
You run a site and would rather we didn't fetch it
Say so and we will exclude the domain. Requests are made one page at a time on behalf of an individual reader, and identify themselves in the user agent, but it is your site.

If you are a rights holder with a concern about how the tool is being used, write to the same address and include the material in question. Nothing converted here is stored or republished.
